Picadilly Girls Blouse Sheer Sleeve Blouse

This Victorian wine-colored, cotton Picadilly Blouse is one smart-looking garment. It features a pleated and laced-front bib design which complements the high-laced collar.  A fine black ribbon weaves its way around the neck and the front features a small black bow tie. The elastic around the short sleeves enables a comfortable fit. There are also two buttons at the rear of the collar.
